By accessing or using Broticola, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the app or the website.

2. Service scope

Broticola is a plant-care support platform that provides:

3. Registration and user account

You retain ownership of the content you post, but you grant Broticola a non-exclusive license to display, reproduce, and distribute it within the platform.

6. Subscriptions and premium features

Broticola may offer additional features through paid subscription plans.

• •Cancellation must be performed through the corresponding platform

No partial refunds are provided for unused periods, unless required by applicable law.

Broticola strives to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

9. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, logos, and elements of the platform—except user-generated content—are owned by Econexa Food SL or its licensors.

Reproduction without express authorization is prohibited.

Econexa Food SL reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be published on this page.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any disputes, the parties submit to the courts of Madrid, unless applicable regulations provide otherwise.
