Why is my cactus wrinkling?

It looks shriveled. I have it on a shelf near a window and, although it seems fine, I'm not completely sure. I don't know if I'm being overly cautious, but I'm worried about damaging something that's currently growing without problems.

It's probably dehydrated. Water it a little more often, but with good drainage. In my experience, watching it for a few days clears up a lot of questions. I was scared at first too, but taking it slow worked out.
